The original issues was no power issue. I discovered on the APU board that the power IC chip on the 12v rail sustained damged from overheating, attempted to replace but could not manage to get the chip off cleanly so Im selling for parts or repair. That appears to be the cause of the no power issue and once it is fixed the console SHOULD operate like normal.
